This workshop will be an experiential time to reconnect to our individual and collective ancestral connections to Earth. As we come together, we will engage in mindfulness based exercises such as meditation, listening, and storytelling that will help deepen our understanding of our attachment to place and to each other. Our goal for this workshop is to provide a space where we can be present with all of the emotions that can arise when healing from the effects of racism, oppression and internalized racism and oppression.

This session will take place outside--meet workshop leaders in Galleria.
