How do we build practices and self-care that are anti-capitalist and sustainable? This workshop seeks to explore the intersection of mental health and how we build resilience both internally and in our communities. We will explore "climate grief," acknowledging the fears and feelings that come with facing climate change and how this vulnerability fuels our organizing.
